Unfortunately Bill Anderson was unable to attend last Monday evenings BairnsTrust Meeting as a meeting of the Board of Falkirk FC had been called.

The following has been received from Bill in respect of this meeting.

"The entire board meeting on Monday was allocated to a presentation of the balance sheet at year end May 2004.

It will be posted out to share holders very shortly, to be discussed at the Club AGM on 16th December, to be held in the Stadium.

This date complies with the recommendation that the AGM be held before the year end. The normal board meeting takes place this Thursday 25th".
