New Shop.
Callendar Square is in the process of changing hands and will result in a delay of completion of lease. Still hope to be trading by the summer.

Staff for Shop.
Interviews are taking place at present for retail manager.

Budvar Club.
A consortium of business men have submitted plans for a fit out, hopefully for go ahead soon.

Players.
Alan Kernagham signed to end of season. Jack Ross fee agreed also terms but Hartepool wish to retain him.

Presentation to Office of Fair Trading.
Figures agreed with lawyers, account payments will now commence

New Stand.
Due to bad weather recently, now several days behind schedule. Visit from Mowlem M.D. to-day Thursday and he has assured club that extra hours will be worked to ensure agreed completion date.

Main Sponsor.
Brochure will be available to-morrow Friday to be sent out to all interested companies.
