Proposed re-location of club shop
Approval of move to Callendar Square once change ownership of centre is complete.

North Stand
on target to be completed by 28th March. Certification is being prepared to allow stand to comply with SPL requirements. It is intended to have stand in operation for our remaining home games this season.

Five- a –side pitches
Open from March 21st 2005.

Under-soil heating
Tests continue to be carried out on system to ascertain performance levels.

Top Floor Bistro
Negotiations still in progress.

SPL visit by Ian Blair
The visit went very well, with Ian being impressed with the facilities. Papers now longed with SPL.

Sponsorship
Offer from local company likely to be accepted very shortly to enable production of tops to be completed by the end of the current season.

Other Sponsorship
Falkirk School of Football has secured 3years of £5000 to support Twilight leagues and £12,000 to support primary school coaching from Tesco.
