Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting. The Chairman formally welcomed Robert Stirling as the new Secretary and Derek Gunn as the new Treasurer. The Chairman also wished to pass on the Trusts best wishes to the newly appointed management team and is looking forward to working with them to benefit the club and supporters.

Minutes of previous meeting Moved Ian Sneddon seconded Brian Guthrie.
Secretaries report. The Secretary reported that he had answered all emails directed to Bairns Trust. He was now in the process of signing up the corporate sponsors for the new season update to follow at next months meeting.
Treasurer's report. The Treasurer explained that following his appointment he was not yet in a position to provide up to date accounts for the current period. He explained that he did not intend to go into as much detail as previous treasurer during meetings but the accounts would be available to be seen at any time. The committee and members present were happy with the proposals from the Treasurer.
Social Conveners report. The Trust will need to look at ways of increasing finances. Numbers of initiatives were being looked at and a report would be provided at the next meeting...
Board Report. Brian provided his first report as Fans Representative. Brian reported that he was very impressed by the interview process set up by the club during the interviews for the current manager. There were a number of high profile candidates but the board were delighted with the appointment of the new management team. Brian reported that the club had issued an apology to supporters re the travel arrangement for the away Europa League match but these were out of the clubs control. Lessons have been learned for future trips. The managers has managed to re sign 5 of the under 19 players released by the previous manager and is continuing to look at strengthening the team. The club reported that there would be no home pre season friendly games this year due to Europa League commitments. The club had received complaints from some supporters groups who were refused entry to towns following the last game of the season at Inverness. These have been passed to Central Scotland Police who will be liaison with their colleagues in the appropriate force.
Any other Business: - Membership. New memberships are now due and we will be making every effort to secure as many members as possible for this season
