As you quoted an email address on your application, this is a special edition of the electronic update of BairnsTrust activities.

Falkirk FC v Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC - Saturday 21/01/06, KO 3pm

At Monday's monthly BairnsTrust meeting it was relayed that we had been contacted by Falkirk Council to help with a Traffic Survey being undertaken at The Falkirk Stadium before this Saturday's match.

Although this is part of the wider Local Transport Strategy 2006 - 2009 Consultation Draft, the survey will help determine future transportation links if/when Falkirk FC construct further stands at the Stadium.

This is therefore a request for any BairnsTrust Member who would be willing to offer their time to carry out this worthwhile exercise.
The task entails approaching home supporters at the turnstiles, asking for their postcode and method of transportation to the game, with a tally then taken.

Would require attendance at the Falkirk Club Shop at 1:45pm for briefing, commencement when stadium changes to "event mode" at 2.00pm and ends at about 2.55pm. Equipment will be supplied, but it will be cold!

If available, please email MYSELF back and I will collate the numbers. BairnsTrust will then advise Falkirk Council and the Club of subsequent numbers.

A reminder that if you wish to stand for election to the BairnsTrust Committee for this year, nominations have to be with the Returning Officer by Friday 20th January 2006. Formal documents were posted out to you over the festive period for due consideration.

The Trust Committee Chairman and Secretary had been very busy compiling this formal AGM notification and associated election documents. Subsequently it is hoped to obtain a good response from our membership.

Our AGM will coincide with the March monthly meeting on Monday 20th March 2006.
