BairnsTrust Monthly Newsletter... For Falkirk Bairns Everywhere!
 
If you are reading our newsletter for the first time ... welcome to BairnsTrust as a new member. If you wish to review some of our previous newsletters they can be visited at the following section of the website HERE.
 
You are cordially invited to attend the Monthly Meeting in the Warm Up Area of the Falkirk Community Stadium on Monday 15th February 2010, KO 7.30pm.  There will be a full agenda for discussion, but if you have any concerns you wish to raise, please respond to either BairnsTrust or post your query on the message board at our website and we will try to cover on the night.  If you are unable to attend, the Minutes from the meeting will appear on our website later for your perusal HERE.

No January Meeting

Unfortunately there will be no January meeting.  This is due to the postponed Scottish Cup Tie against Kilmarnock being rearranged for the night that it would have been held - Monday 17th January 7.45pm kick off.  Therefore, the next BairnsTrust meeting will take place on Monday 15th February at 7.30pm at the Falkirk Stadium.

Share Rights Issue

Following the agreement by FFC shareholders at the recent AGM, fans have the unique chance to buy shares in Falkirk FC at a reduced price for a limited period.  After an extremely successful evening held last month, BairnsTrust are holding a third information evening.  This will take place on Sunday 17th January 2009 between 2pm and 3pm at the Falkirk Stadium.  Shares are priced at 68p per share with a minimum purchase of 100 shares.  Please bring along a proof of ID (eg Passport/Driving License) and a household bill.

2010 Calendar

Following the tremendous response to the BairnsTrust 'Magic Moments' Calendar 2010, stock is now limited.  These A3 sized calendars are a must have for all Falkirk fans, featuring 12 colour packed pages of "all time greats" and historical Magic Moments from Falkirk Football Club's glorious past. They will be on sale on the stalls of the concourse at the Falkirk Stadium at the Dundee Utd game on Sunday 24th January and online here

BairnsTrust AGM 2010 Timeline
A reminder of the BairnsTrust AGM is as follows

Thursday 31st December 2009 Deadline for membership to be able to vote

 

Monday 18th January 2010 AGM documentation to be posted out.

Monday 1st February 2010 Nominations and 250 word election address by 7pm to Independent Adjudicator.

*Monday 8th February 2010 Selection Evening if more than two nominations for Fans Rep Position.

Monday 15th February 2010 Normal meeting along with Hustings night, if needed.

Ballot Papers sent out along with any constitutional amendments. 

Monday 15th March 2010

BairnsTrust AGM and Election Results Announced.

Deadline 7pm Friday 12th March 2010 for postal votes or 7pm in person on Monday 15th March 2010
