Fifty five people voted in the final session. They ranked the topics in the following order of preference:

• Representation by right not by invitation
• Partnership and collaboration
• Governance: supervision, scrutiny

Community

• Football needs a clear vision on community involvement in Scotland
• Football authorities need to take a lead role in sharing expertise and knowledge among
Clubs and promote partnerships with government local authorities and other clubs
• Ensure equitable funding for all
• Who has responsibility for community best practice?

Structure

• Reform of SFA to be more representative of clubs
• Supporters place on SFA Council
• Pyramid system
• Better marketing of football

Regulation

• Raise awareness of trusts among fans
• Rethink of ownership structures
• Non-executive fan reps on clubs
• Organise events between directors and trusts
